Refund & Return Policy – TeesKiBaat

1. Damaged or Defective Products

At TeesKiBaat, we ensure strict quality checks, but if your order arrives damaged due to transit mishandling, you can request a replacement under the following conditions:

  • Submit your request within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide unboxing videos, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging.
  • Requests after 7 days will incur reprinting charges.
  • If an unboxing video is not provided and we cannot verify the cause, replacements may not be possible.

2. Lost in Transit

If an order is lost during shipping, TeesKiBaat will issue a full refund once the shipping status confirms the item is lost.


3. Delayed Order Delivery

If your order is not attempted for delivery within:

  • 15 days (Air Shipping) or 20 days (Surface Shipping), you can either:
    • Request a replacement (we will re-ship the product).
    • Opt for a refund for the order.

4. Size & Color Issues

  • If there is a size or color mismatch, you may request an exchange within 1-2 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are only possible if the product is unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.
  • Please refer to our size chart before ordering to avoid sizing issues.
  • Measurement tolerance: A slight variation of ±0.5 inches in apparel products is considered normal and does not qualify for returns.

5. Careful Unboxing

  • Customers are advised to unbox carefully to prevent accidental damage with scissors or sharp objects.
  • Refunds or replacements won’t be possible if damage occurs due to improper unboxing unless:
    • An unboxing video is provided.
    • Images of the courier cover and damaged package are submitted.

6. Package Damage at Delivery

  • If the package appears visibly damaged upon delivery, customers should note the damage in the courier’s delivery remarks.
  • This helps in claiming a refund from the courier service.
